On the onboarding side, a new activity feed makes it easier to stay on top of what needs actioning. We've also added in-platform results viewing for UK background checks through Pinpoint Checks, and you can now connect an AI assistant directly to your Pinpoint account via the Pinpoint MCP.
Job Generation using the Hiring Copilot
Use the the AI Hiring Copilot to write job content for you. You can Draft with Copilot straight on the job form to generate the four written sections of your job ad, or ask the Copilot chat to create a whole draft job from a short brief
Hiring Intake Notes
Hiring Intake Notes give you and your hiring managers one place to capture what a role really needs -the context, dealbreakers, and priorities that won't appear in the public job posting.
Onboarding Activity Feed
Pinpoint's Onboarding module dashboard now shows an activity feed on items needing actioning in onboarding, which can be adjusted to show the details you find most relevant when you log in, either by applying dashboard filters, or by using the configure option to show or hide the main building blocks of the dashboard.

When a background check is ordered through Pinpoint, you can review the results directly from the candidate's application.
