March 2026 New Features - AI Hiring Copilot, the Pinpoint MCP and Increased visibility for users

In our second release for March 2026, we have a number of exciting features - giving more AI tooling to help your hiring team streamline their processes, and increased visibility for Admin users over jobs, including confidential and private roles.

The Hiring Copilot is an AI-powered assistant available when reviewing individual job applications. It can read candidate data, answer your questions, and perform actions like moving stages or sending emails on your behalf.
