Adjusting the Onboarding Dashboard

Pinpoint's Onboarding module dashboard can be adjusted to show the details you find most relevant when you log in, either by applying dashboard filters, or by using the configure option to show or hide the main building blocks of the dashboard.

How to configure my onboarding dashboard?

In the top right of your Onboarding Dashboard, you will have a "Filter" and "configure" button

The Filter option will allow you to tailor the items shown on the dashboard with your preferences - for example, setting yourself as the candidate owner, so you only see candidates that are directly relevant to you.

The configure option will let you select/deselect which sections show on the dashboard, and allow you to reorder them to show in your preferred way.

In the recent activity section, you can find relevant activity across from items like comments, messages from candidates, changes to offers, etc.

Clicking through any of these items, or selecting the All Activity button will open the activity feed where you can read, take action, and mark an activity as Done, to archive it from view.

Clicking on the activity Description will show you the specific activity completed, so you can quickly see the details of the what happened and take action accordingly.
