This month’s updates are all about automation and flexibility. From the launch of AI Custom Fields to streamlined offer management and smarter onboarding reminders, these changes help your team work faster, reduce manual effort, and make more informed decisions.


AI Fields

We’re excited to introduce AI Fields, a new way to use AI directly in your hiring workflows. Build your own AI-powered fields that score, summarize, or analyze candidates automatically. You decide which data the AI reviews, from resumes and cover letters to application forms, so the output reflects the full picture of each candidate.

You can also customize or write your own prompts, ensuring the evaluation aligns with how your team actually assesses candidates. And because transparency matters, you’ll always have full visibility into how every AI result was created.


Customizable Columns

You can now control exactly which columns appear in the application index. Add or remove fields (including AI Field responses), reorder them to suit your workflow, and expand the table horizontally as needed. Your settings follow you across all jobs you have access to, without affecting anyone else’s view. Each stage type can have its own configuration, giving you complete flexibility in how you review candidates.


Small but Mighty Updates

Determine Interview Host for Non-Conferencing Interviews

We’ve renamed “Conferencing Host” to “Interview Host” to clarify who the interview invitation is sent from. You can now select the host for every interview, including non-conferencing types. A new help text explains how this setting affects invites and visibility for attendees.


Custom Date Formats in Reports

Reporting just got more flexible. You can now choose how dates appear in your reports using a dropdown of pre-defined formats, such as:

  • dd/mm/yyyy

  • dd-mm-yyyy

Set a format per report to match your regional preferences or reporting standards. This is especially helpful for integrations that rely on SFTP exports.


HRIS Export Permission

We’ve added a new permission under Job Administration → Applicants called “Export applications to external HRIS.” Only users with this permission will see the “Send to…” action for exporting applications or onboarding candidates. All existing users have been granted this permission, so no extra setup is required.


Automated Daily Reminders in Onboarding

Keep onboarding moving without extra effort. You can now enable daily reminders for onboarding stages. After the first deadline reminder, the system will automatically resend it each day until the stage is completed or skipped. Reminders only go out if a stage is “in progress,” so you can stay on top of tasks without spamming anyone.


Show Job Compensation When Making Offers

When creating an offer, key details from the related Job, like Job Title, Start Date, Reporting To, and Work Address, are now automatically filled in. You can still edit these values before sending the offer, and any changes will not affect the original job record. This keeps job data consistent while reducing repetitive work for your team.
