We’ve rolled out a set of updates to make onboarding clearer, more accessible, and easier to manage at scale. From a redesigned dashboard view to deeper reporting and new field options, these improvements are here to help you and your team stay on top of every stage.
Onboarding Dashboard and Stage View
We’ve refreshed the onboarding dashboard to give you a cleaner, more useful view of candidate progress.
See stages at a glance
Onboarding stages now display as icons, making it faster to spot where each candidate is and what needs attention.Track progress with more context
You’ll find new visibility into stage status and priority, so it’s easier to see which tasks matter most right now.Manage open stages with confidence
The new Open Stages dashboard shows you which stages are open, who’s assigned to them, and where to focus first.
Together, these updates make it simpler to manage high volumes of candidates and to keep your whole team aligned on priorities.
Onboarding Reporting
Reporting now helps you move beyond day-to-day tasks and gain a broader perspective.
Track historical progress
Run reports to track how candidates progress through onboarding over time.Measure key metrics
Spot trends, such as the average time to compliance, and identify bottlenecks that slow down the process.Drill into stage details
See the exact date candidates enter a stage and how long they’ve stayed there.
This provides managers and team members with the insight they need to refine workflows and enhance efficiency across the team.
Onboarding Sensitive Fields
Mark onboarding field data as sensitive, and show them only to those with a special permission. Users can select a checkbox when editing an Onboarding Question to mark it as sensitive. For onboarding questions that are marked as sensitive, only users with the required permission to view them can view their answers
Preview Documents
Admins can utilise a team member onboarding step to allow team members to preview document templates before they are sent in Onboarding. Previewed documents will contain values of all variables merged within them (where available)
