Board view allows you to use a Kanban like view to manage candidates within a job. This can make moving candidates to new stages faster and perform bulk action. To use this view, click on the "Board View" icon when looking at a job.
From this view, you can now click and drag to move candidates to new stages or use the checkbox next to their name to perform actions in bulk.
