We’re excited to share the latest updates in Pinpoint that will help you work more efficiently and make your hiring process even smoother. This month, we’re rolling out new features and enhancements designed to save you time, improve collaboration, and provide deeper insights into your candidate assessments.
Board View
Board View offers a Kanban-style layout that helps you manage candidates within a job more effectively. This view speeds up moving candidates between stages and enables bulk actions for a smoother workflow.
Simply click on the “Board View” icon when viewing a job, and from there, you can easily drag and drop candidates into new stages. You can also select multiple candidates using checkboxes to perform actions in bulk, streamlining your hiring process.
Automation
Automations in Pinpoint help streamline your workflows by handling repetitive tasks for you. Instead of manually managing processes, you can set up automated rules and triggers to keep things running smoothly.
With Workflow Automations, you can automate actions across the platform based on specific conditions—like sending a follow-up email after a candidate reaches a certain stage. Plus, automation templates make it even easier to get started with pre-built setups that you can customize to fit your needs.
Scorecard AI
Pinpoint's Scorecards offer a structured and objective way to assess candidates, helping you streamline your hiring process while reducing bias.
Now, each scorecard comes with two powerful features: an AI-generated summary that automatically compiles key points from the feedback, giving you a quick and accurate overview of the candidate’s performance, and a sentiment score—a smiley face indicator that reflects the overall tone of the feedback. These updates ensure you have both detailed and intuitive insights to make more informed decisions.
Agencies
Pinpoint’s Agencies feature allows you to work closely with recruitment partners while maintaining full control over your data and access permissions. By enabling agencies, you can streamline candidate sourcing by allowing external recruiters to submit candidates directly into the system.
Agencies can also be empowered to screen candidates, move them between stages, and even conduct interviews, all within the platform—ensuring a smooth and secure collaboration.
Small and Mighty
Some other small but significant changes include:
Recruitment Manager Notifications: Notifications that only trigger when you are set as the recruitment manager for a job.
New assessment provider: Outmatch
