Our new Workflow Stage Groups feature allows you to group different stages together for more tailored reporting. This can help simplify your reporting on workflow stages and provide more detailed insights into your hiring process. By default, stages will match their type (e.g., interview, review, applied, offer, etc.), but you can create custom groups to better fit your organization’s needs.
How to Create a New Hiring Workflow Group
To create a new hiring workflow group, follow these steps:
1. Go to Templates > Hiring Workflows then click on the Workflow Stage Groups tab and select "Create New".
2. Give your new group a name and pick a color. Click "Create".
3. Now that we've created the group, we need to add an stage to the group. To do this, go to the Workflows page, and select a workflow.
4. Either create a new stage, or go to edit an existing stage. From here, pick the new Workflow Group for that stage. You may need to refresh the page for the option to show up.
That's it! You have successfully created a new hiring workflow group. You can now use this group to analyze time spent in each stage and conversion rates within the group.
How to Create a Hiring Workflow Group Report
Once you have created your hiring workflow group, you can generate a report to analyze the data within that group. This can help you gain valuable insights into your hiring process and make informed decisions.
To create a hiring workflow group report, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Insights Hub and either create a new page, or open an existing one.
2. Click on the "Add Widget" button on the top right.
3. You can now add workflows as a subject and select the appropriate data from there.
For example, I've created a bar chart showing the average time spent in each group.
Now, I can see my report from the insights page, which has been updated in real-time.
