How to Remove Job Preferences from Your Deployment
Some instances of Pinpoint allow candidates to pick Job Preferences while submitting a job application. This is a special feature that is turned on. If you would like this removed, please follow the options below.
Option 1: Contact Your Customer Success Manager
The first step to removing Job Preferences from your deployment is contacting your Customer Success Manager or Implementation Specialist. They will be able to assist you in turning off this feature for your deployment.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you are unsure who your Customer Support Manager or Implementation Specialist is, you can also reach out to our Support team. They will be able to assist you in turning off the Job Preferences feature for your deployment.
