Creating multiple job postings for a single role can streamline your hiring process, especially if a position is available in various locations. This functionality allows you to effectively manage applicants from different regions through a centralized role within Pinpoint. Before you start, ensure your organization has enabled the Job Multi-Posting feature, which is available on select plans. If you need access, contact your Customer Success Manager.

How do I Create Multiple Postings for a Job?
To create multiple postings for a single job in Pinpoint, you must first enable the Job Multi-Posting feature. Once the feature is available, follow these steps:
Access the Postings Tab
Navigate to the job role where you want to create new postings and click on the “Postings” tab to see the existing live postings for this job.
Create a New Posting
Click on the “+ New Posting” button located on the right side of the Postings tab.
Fill in Posting Details
Enter the required details for this additional posting, including any necessary information related to the location or department. Don't forget to click save at the bottom when you're done.
Add Questions
You can add or remove any specific questions needed for this posting. Please note that enforced question templates will apply across all postings.
Activate the Posting
The newly created posting will be listed on the Postings page. Click the three dots next to the posting and select “Set Active” to activate it. You can deactivate the postings anytime if needed.
Once your additional postings are set to Public, they will appear on your careers site and on external job boards such as Indeed or LinkedIn. Internal postings will be visible on the employee dashboard as internal jobs.

What if I don’t see the Postings tab?
If you do not see the Postings tab, please ensure that the Job Multi-Posting feature is enabled and available for your account. If it is still missing, contact our support team for assistance.
Will my postings automatically go to job boards?
Yes, you configure which job boards the posting will be sent to. The posting must be Public to be sent to any job board.
