Once you are ready to award the job to a candidate, follow these steps.

1. Move the candidate to the 'Hired' stage in the Hiring Workflow

First, browse to the navigation on the left hand side of your screen and select 'Manage Jobs' under the 'Jobs' section.

Click on the job title of the relevant job. You should see the following screen:

Click the interview stage that the candidate is in currently. Tick the check box next to their name. Click the 'Move Candidates' button.

Select 'Hired' and the candidate will then be moved to the 'Hired' stage.

 

2. Email the candidate 

Send the candidate an email congratulating them on the role. See How to Email a Candidate.

3. Invite other applicants to your Talent Pipeline

As you have gone through the time and effort to interview a range of candidates for the job, it makes sense to consider them for other existing job vacancies, or future vacancies.

From the Jobs view, tick the check box next to the candidates that you want to invite and then click the 'Invite to Pipeline' button.

Next, select the relevant Departments that you want to add them to:

To send the email invite, click 'Invite to Talent Pipeline'
 

4. Archive the job

Go back to the Manage Jobs page and archive the job. See How to Archive a Job.
