If you are using group assessments in your hiring process, you will need to invite candidates to join your assessment. This can be done whether the assessment is part of a job firing flow or not. In this article, we will guide you through the steps of inviting a candidate to join your group assessment.

Inviting Candidates Who Have Applied

If the assessment is part of a job, you can easily move the candidate to the interview stage and invite them to apply. This will allow you to keep track of the candidate's progress and ensure that they are considered for the job. To do this, follow these steps:

Move the candidate to the proper interview stage by checking the box next to their name, and clicking on the Move action.

Once in the right stage you can see if they have been invited or not. Select all the candidates you want to invite, and click on the Interview action.

Candidates will now receive an email asking them to sign up for an available session. Once signed up they will be changed to a "Scheduled".

Inviting Candidates Who Haven't Applied

On the other hand, if the candidate has not applied for a job but you still want to invite them to the group assessment, you can do so from the group assessments page.

Navigate to the proper group assessment and click on the three dots on the right of the name. From here, select the Invite Candidates option.

You will then have the option to filter down candidates so you can pick the right applicant to invite.
