How do I Invite Candidates to Apply for a Job?
To invite candidates to apply for a job, you will need to navigate to the 'Manage Jobs' section, open the desired job, and access the 'Talent Pipeline' tab. Open the Job
First, browse to the navigation on the left-hand side of your Pinpoint Admin Screen and select the job you would like to invite candidates to apply for. Be sure to be in Table view.
Access the Talent Pipeline
Click the 'Talent Pipeline' tab (note that you will need to have the system role of 'Talent Pipeline Manager' assigned to you in order to see this tab).Select Candidates to Invite
You will see a list of candidates who have previously been added to the Talent Pipeline. You have the option to filter by pools or skills.
Invite to Apply
Select the candidates you want to invite, and use the "Invite to Apply" button to send out an email with a link to the job.
