Use this template to reach out to recruiters to explain what Pinpoint is and how they'll be using it.

Hi Recruiter

I'm excited to let you know that we've invested in a new applicant tracking system for our company, called Pinpoint!

This system helps us manage all applicants in one area to help us save time and differentiate great candidates easily. I am reaching out to show you how best to use the system to ensure we continue getting great candidates from you and allowing us to manage them well.

I have/will be sending you an email to get you set up on Pinpoint. Please open that email and set up a login. This will allow you to add candidates to the system.

Please complete the following by XX/XX/DATE:

  1. Accept your email invitation to Pinpoint

  2. Check out this guide on how to add candidates

  3. Add your first candidate!
