You can start a Cappfinity assessment automatically when a candidate reaches a chosen stage, instead of sending it by hand. This works the same way as the automatic assessments you can already set up for other providers.
Before you start
Your Cappfinity integration needs to be connected. The option only appears when Cappfinity is set up for your account.
Adding a stage action needs the "Manage jobs" or company settings permission.
How to set it up
Open the workflow on the job or template.
Choose the stage that should trigger the assessment.
Add a stage action and pick Send Cappfinity assessment.
Choose the assessment to send.
Save.
Every candidate who reaches that stage is now sent the assessment automatically.

Pinpoint will not send a duplicate if the candidate already has that assessment.
