Sending a Thomas assessment from an application
A recruiter can send a Thomas assessment from a candidate application.
Open a candidate application in Pinpoint.
Use the application actions menu and select Send to Thomas.
Select a Thomas role and package.
Confirm or edit candidate first name, last name, and email.
Submit the action.
Thomas then sends the assessment invitation email to the candidate. Pinpoint creates an assessment record with an invited / pending status.
Sending a Thomas assessment via Stage Actions
You can also add Send to Thomas as an action on a hiring workflow stage, so recruiters can trigger the assessment as part of their normal stage process.
Receiving Results
When the candidate completes the assessment, Thomas sends a callback to Pinpoint. Pinpoint then fetches the latest result from Thomas and updates the candidate assessment.
The result can include:
completion status
overall rating
detailed score data

Thomas results page PIN.
