Once you’ve posted a job to Pinpoint’s Organic Job Boards (Linkedin, Indeed, Monster, Talent.com, ZipRecruiter, or Appcast), you can now check the status of that job.
Where can I see the status?
On any job, click on the “postings” tab on the horizontal green navigation bar. Then, click the icons under “Job boards”
This will show a list of job boards the job is posted to (see image below).
Due to limitations on the information job boards pass back to Pinpoint, we are only able to show the following information for each board. If you need more, please log into your account directly on that job board.

What about paid job adverts?
You can continue to view their status through the “adverts” section within manage job.
Where can I see an audit history of job board postings?
From the postings page, click the three dot menu and select “Posting Information”
There, you’ll see an audit log, including which user posted or unposted a job from job boards.
