How to Add a Rejected Candidate to Your Talent Pipeline

After rejecting a candidate, you can add them to your Talent Pipeline so you and your colleagues can consider them for future roles.

We recommend only adding candidates you would genuinely consider hiring in the future.

How to add a candidate to the Talent Pipeline

  1. From inside the job, tick the box next to the candidate's name.

  2. Click More in the navigation bar that appears.

  3. Select Talent Pipeline.

  4. Choose the relevant locations, departments, and Talent Pools.

  5. Click Add to Talent Pipeline.

Note: Consent settings may affect this process

If your Talent Pipeline consent setting is set to Consent required (found in Company > Profile > Preferences), you will only be able to send the candidate an invitation — they will not appear in the Talent Pipeline until they have accepted it.

The steps above may look slightly different depending on your platform settings.
