The Talent Pipeline feature in Pinpoint provides a strategic approach to gathering and nurturing potential candidates who express interest in your organization, without requiring them to apply for a specific job. This guide will help you understand how to effectively manage your Talent Pipeline, allowing you to move candidates who might have missed out on a suitable position into your pipeline for future opportunity invites.

How do I Access My Talent Pipeline?

To view your Talent Pipeline, simply navigate through your Pinpoint dashboard. Follow these steps to efficiently manage your candidate lists:

  1. Select 'Talent Pipeline'
In the main menu located on the left side, click on the 'Talent Pipeline' option to open the Talent Pipeline page.

  2. View Candidate Profiles
Click on a candidate's name to access their profile and view their CV/Resume.

  3. Queue Candidates
If you prefer to view candidates sequentially, you can 'Queue' candidates by using the icon located next to the search bar.

  4. Navigate Queued Candidates
Once candidates are queued, click 'Next Candidate' to move to the following candidate, or click 'Exit Queue' to close this view.

After you have explored your Talent Pipeline and viewed each candidate, you can choose to invite candidates to apply for available positions. For detailed instructions on how to invite a candidate, refer to this help article: How to Invite a Candidate to a Job From Your Pipeline.
