This month, we’ve focused on the start of the hiring and onboarding journey. A few small changes add up to a smoother setup for your team and clearer information for candidates. Think of it as clearing the clutter out of the way, so you can move faster where it matters.
Onboarding Compliance
Picture this: you send a new hire into onboarding and want to know how long it really takes until they’re fully compliant, not just complete all the onboarding steps. Until now, that was tough to measure.
You can now flag a particular stage as being the last stage candidates need to finish, and we've added three new reporting columns that give you the full picture:
Date sent to onboarding
Compliance date
Time to compliance (days)
Use them to identify areas where things slow down, compare across teams, and refine your process so new hires can start strong.
Job Postings
Job Postings have gotten a big update this month. You can now manage job postings from within the "Edit Job" page. This has two main benefits:
Create job postings when creating a Job: When creating a job, you can add multiple postings right from the start. That might mean an internal posting with extra detail for your team, and an external one that’s candidate-facing. No need to publish first and circle back later.
Add job postings to Job Templates: You can add multiple postings into templates, so every time you spin up a new job, the right postings are already in place. One flow, less backtracking.
Small but Mighty
Public Job Address: The address of a job can now be made live on the job posting.
