You can block applicants from applying for the same role more than once in Pinpoint.
Navigate to the Company > Profile page from the left hand navigation bar.
From this menu choose the Preferences tab.
By default, Pinpoint doesn't limit the number of times a candidate apply. To block duplicate applications, change this toggle switch so that it says 'Disallow'.
4. When this toggle is disabled, you will have the option to inform or not inform candidates that their original application was received and that there is no need to re-apply any further. The wording of this email can be edited in the Templates > Email Templates section of the platform.
