I'm excited to let you know that we've invested in a new applicant tracking system for the company called Pinpoint!
You'll be pleased to know that we've invested in this applicant tracking system to support you, our HR department and hiring managers, helping to reduce recruitment administration, and give the tools you need to support you in your role.
We chose Pinpoint to help us:
✅ Support the HR department through providing a central system to store candidate information, feedback, organize interviews and automate communications.
✅ Attract great candidates using easy-to-use targeted recruitment adverts, and job board integrations.
✅ Hire the right people, faster. Logins will be provided to all hiring managers, so that we can reduce your recruitment administration. Applicants, candidate feedback, interview scorecards, and interview scheduling can all be done within the system.
✅ Retain great 'runners up' within our own talent pipeline, which will be compliantly stored within Pinpoint.
