Custom sharing links are used to help track candidates coming from adhoc, or niche sources. For example if you are posting a link to a job from a blog post, and want to trace where these candidates have applied from, the a custom sharing link is the way to do this.

This is also helpful if the job board you want to list on is not included in Integrations or Adverts.

To create a custom sharing link click on the "Share" tab at the top of any open job.

Then click on "Sharing Links"

One you are in the Sharing Links page, you will see a "Custom Sharing Links" section - click on "New Link"

You can then Name your custom sharing link, allocate your preferred Channel, and enter the Channel Detail for candidates applying through this link

You can then copy the link to use anywhere needed

Any candidates who then apply using this link will have the Channel Source & Channel details as set out in the custom link
