Naukri applicants arrive in Pinpoint with their CV, answers to your screening questions, and Naukri's rating, so you can review them alongside everyone else. As you move candidates through your hiring stages, Pinpoint keeps their Naukri status up to date.
ℹ️ Note
You may also see Naukri referred to as Zwayam, the platform that powers Naukri's job posting.

Pinpoint
Pinpoint will automatically send the following information:
Job title - Name of the job in the platform
Advert body - Built from the job's details, description, responsibilities, skills, benefits and posting statement.
The text includes the department, employment type, location, and compensation.Company name - Name of your company as it appears in the platform
Screening questions - If your job has more than 10 questions, Pinpoint sends the first 10 in the order they appear, so put your most important questions first.
Each question keeps its required or optional setting. Question types appear on Naukri as follows.
Pinpoint question type | Appears on Naukri as |
Yes/No | Dropdown with Yes and No |
Multiple choice, one answer | Radio buttons with your options |
Multiple choice, several answers | Checkboxes with your options |
Short text, long text, URL, date, number | Plain text box |
ℹ️ Note
Naukri has no date/number or document upload question type.
For dates, candidates enter these as free text, and the format isn't validated. For documents, you'll need to request them after they apply.
⚠️ Limitation
Pinpoint cannot add education requirements, role codes, diversity information, or a contact email to Naukri adverts.
Receiving Information
Pinpoint checks Naukri for new applications several times a day, so Naukri candidates appear in Pinpoint shortly after they apply, not instantly. CVs are fetched separately, so they may appear with a small delay, too.
Each application keeps the date the candidate actually applied on Naukri, not the date it arrived in Pinpoint. Applications already imported are never duplicated.
Naukri
All information received from the integration has its dedicated place in Pinpoint.
