FAQs and Troubleshooting
Why does LinkedIn show up as Social and Job Board?
LinkedIn is unique compared to other job boards because it has a social feed as well as a traditional job board. When a candidate searches for a job and clicks on your job, the channel will be set to "Job board" with the channel details being "LinkedIn".
On the other hand, if the candidate sees the job on your company's feed or a post someone made, it will pull the channel as "Social" and the channel details as "LinkedIn".
