We're thrilled to bring you the latest updates for September! This month, we've introduced several new features focused on scorecards, offers, and improving workflow flexibility. Let's dive into the details:
Scorecard Updates
We've made significant updates to Scorecards this month. Scorecards now require formal submission, unlocking new functionality to enhance evaluation workflows. To ensure the integrity of submitted evaluations, completed scorecards can be locked, preventing any further adjustments. This feature can be set on each stage in a hiring workflow.
Additionally, users who have job visibility will receive a notification when a scorecard is completed, keeping everyone informed. In the scorecard overview for a job, you can now send messages to candidates or move them between stages in bulk, offering greater efficiency when managing multiple applicants.
Offers Permissions
For offers, we've introduced two new permissions.
The first is a setting that allows users to adjust already signed-off offers without needing to restart the approval process. This means that you can edit the start and expiry date, then send a new offer without requiring a second sign-off, simplifying the process and speeding things up when revisions are needed. To enable this feature please reach out to your CSM or the support team.
The second permission will allow users to view offers but not give them the ability to send or edit offers. This ensures that you can manage access to sensitive information more effectively.
Away Mode (Approval Delegation)
Another exciting update is the introduction of Away Mode. When active, this feature automatically delegates your approval responsibilities to a nominated user, ensuring that workflows continue smoothly in your absence. Away Mode also prevents you from being invited to interviews, allowing you to step away without interrupting key recruitment tasks. You can access this feature by clicking on your profile picture in the top right and selecting the "Update Your Status" option.
Create Requisitions from Existing Requisitions
We've also made it easier to create new requisitions by introducing an option that lets you pull details from an existing requisition. This feature will save you time when managing similar roles by allowing you to copy an existing requisition.
Company Posting Statement
This field is automatically added to job descriptions when they sync with job boards, making it easy to share consistent information, such as disclaimers, equal opportunity notices, or other important details that apply to all job postings. This ensures that every listing contains the same essential messaging.
This posting can be found under the company profile privacy page.
Small but Mighty Upgrades
We’ve also introduced a few smaller yet impactful improvements:
Resend Interview Details: For any confirmed interviews, you can now resend the confirmation email to candidates, ensuring no important information is missed.
Name Group Assessment Sessions: You can now customize the titles of your group assessment sessions, making it easier to identify and manage different sessions.
External Recruiter Interview Confirmation Emails now include the name of the company the job is for, adding clarity.
Bulk Upload and Sign-Off Approval Request Notifications are now always active, as they are critical to your workflow.
Salary/Compensation Data on ZipRecruiter: When salaries are set to public, this information will now be included in job postings to ZipRecruiter.
These new features and updates are designed to make your recruitment process smoother and more efficient. We're always here to help, so don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or feedback. Stay tuned for more exciting updates next month!
