We're excited to introduce a range of new features this August! Many of these enhancements focus on reporting and insights, along with several follow-up improvements to last month's feature release. Let's dive in!
Workflow Stage Groups
To simplify reporting on workflow stages, we've introduced Workflow Stage Groups. This feature allows you to group different stages together for more tailored reporting. By default, stages will match their type (e.g., interview, review, applied, offer, etc.), but you can create custom groups to better fit your organization’s needs. For example, you might add a 'Technical Interview' group or separate 'Initial' and 'In-depth' reviews. These groups can then be used to analyze time spent in each group and conversion rates within them.
Pass-Through Widget
With the release of Workflow Stage Groups, you can now access pass-through widgets. These widgets make it easy to track how many candidates advance to each stage across multiple jobs.
Updated Filters, Groupings and Custom Dates
In addition to some styling updates, we've introduced several new filters, grouping options, and the ability to filter by custom dates. Some examples include:
Filtering by workflow stage
Grouping by hiring or recruiting manager
Filtering on Interview status
Sign off via Email
To streamline sign-off workflows, you can now approve or reject requisitions, jobs or offers directly via email. This is especially useful for approvers who don’t typically use Pinpoint, allowing them to approve straight from the email notification. This feature can be disabled if needed.
Interview Status
From the Jobs page, you can now filter interviews based on their status, such as 'Not Invited' or 'Scheduled.' Additionally, you can bulk resend interview invites directly from this page.
Job Description in Requisitions
You can now add job descriptions and other rich text fields to requisitions. These can be included as a 'Text (Rich)' field type and mapped directly to the job description. The same can be done for skills, requirements, and benefits.
Question Filtering in Talent Pools
Talent pools can now be created based on answers to application questions. As always, pools are automatically updated when new candidate data becomes available.
We're excited to bring you these new features and enhancements, designed to make your workflow more efficient and tailored to your needs. As always, we're committed to helping you get the most out of our platform. Stay tuned for more updates, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or feedback
