How do I invite a candidate to an interview?

Pinpoint offers 3 ways to invite candidates to interview.

Firstly, you can click on the Interview button that's visible on any candidate's profile within Pinpoint. This will take you through a series of options to decide how and when you'll meet that candidate.


Alternatively, you can create a new interview by clicking the Schedule New Interview button right on the applicant's Interview tab

Lastly, you can invite one or more candidates to interview by selecting their names from the candidate list (as long as they've already been moved into an Interview stage, and you're looking at that stage's candidate list).

Note that if you select more than one candidate, the option to pick an interview time on the candidate's behalf is disabled, and you'll need to use the candidate self-scheduling system.
