Accessing the Group Assessments Page

To begin, you will need to navigate to the Group Assessments page. This can be found under the Candidates section of the menu. Once you are on the Group Assessments page, you will see a list of all your current group assessments.

To create a new group assessment, click on the Create button. This will bring you to a new page where you can set up your assessment. First, you will need to give your assessment a title. This will help you and your team easily identify the assessment.

Inviting Users to Manage the Assessment

Next, you can invite users to manage the assessment. These users will be able to add, edit, and cancel sessions for the assessment. This is a great way to collaborate with your team and ensure the assessment runs smoothly.

Candidate Instructions

The CANDIDATE INSTRUCTIONS section will be shown to the candidate when they are selecting a time to interview. This section is located under the "What to expect" section. It is important to provide clear and concise instructions for the candidate so they know what to expect during the assessment.

Setting Up Sessions

You also have the option to set up different sessions for the group assessment. This allows candidates to select the session that best fits their schedule. Once a session has reached its maximum number of attendees, new candidates will no longer be allowed to select that time. This helps to ensure that each session has a manageable number of candidates.

Now that you have created a Group Assessment, you can add it to a job posting.
