When setting up a group assessment, participants will receive two emails. The first is an invitation to sign up for a time slot, and the second is a confirmation of their selected time.
Customizing Emails
If you want to change the content of these emails, you can go to the "Edit Communication" page. Here, you will see options to edit the invitation and confirmation emails.
You can also personalize each email with variables, such as the participant's name, session time, or interviewing team.
