Group Assessments

Group assessments is a powerful tool that allows you to host in-person interviews with multiple candidates for multiple jobs. This feature can help organize group interviewing sessions, career/hiring fairs, college campus visits, and more. With group assessments, you can efficiently evaluate multiple candidates at once, saving time and resources in the hiring process.

The Group Assessments feature is available on select plans or as an add-on to any other plan. Speak to your Customer Success Specialist for more details.

How Group Assessments Work

Group assessments can be tied to one or many jobs, making them a versatile tool for various hiring needs. Each Group Assessment is made up of Sessions, which are the specific times and locations for candidates to pick from. If there are multiple sessions for a group assessment, candidates can sign up for the session that best fits their schedule. This allows for a more flexible and convenient process for both the candidates and the hiring team.

Candidates can be added to a group assessment directly or through a hiring flow for a job application. This means that candidates who have already applied for a job can also be considered for a group assessment, streamlining the process and ensuring that all qualified candidates have the opportunity to participate.

During the setup process, you can also specify the maximum number of candidates that can participate in each session. This allows you to control the group size and ensure that each candidate has a fair chance to showcase their skills and qualifications.
