Anonymized screening obfuscates candidate's application details and redacts their resume details, displaying a new version with key identifying information removed.
You will be able to see the candidate's full details only after they have been invited to an interview (and have accepted).
✅ Availability
Anonymous Screening is currently available on select plans. If you're interested in gaining access, reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Enabling Anonymized Screening
Anonymised screening is enabled on a job-by-job basis.
To enable anonymized screening:
Expand the Jobs menu.
Select Manage Jobs.
Open the job you want to enable the feature for.
Click Edit.
Select Edit Job.
Click Settings in the navigation on the right-hand side.
Switch Anonymized Screening to Yes.
Now, when you view applicants for the role, their personally identifiable information will be obfuscated and their resumes redacted.
Once a candidate has been invited to interview, and they have accepted that invite, their real details will be revealed so that the team know who they'll be meeting!
Adjusting Redaction Options
You can adjust the level of redaction to only cover personal details and not work, education, or both.
To adjust the redaction option:
Expand Company in the left-hand navigation bar.
Select Profile.
Go to Preferences.
Change the Redaction option setting.
Click Update at the bottom of the page.
