Go to the Candidate Application
Navigate to the candidate's application that you wish to email and click the "Message" button.
Select the Template
If you have pre-built email templates, you can select one from the dropdown menu.
Send or Schedule
After making any necessary changes, you can send the email, or schedule it to be sent later.

Access Candidate Stages
In the job details, you will see different stages in the hiring workflow. You can find the candidates by clicking the 'All Candidates' tab or the specific stage they are currently in.
Select Candidates
Tick the check box next to each candidate's name whom you wish to email and then click 'Email Candidates'.
Complete the Email

Yes, you can go to the candidate's message tab. From here, you can see the schedule message at the top. You can delete the scheduled message using the three dots next to the message.
