You can reopen previously closed or archived jobs at any time. You can't reopen a deleted job, as this action is permanent.
Closing or archiving a job preserves all candidate and job data, which will remain intact when the job is reopened.
When you reopen a job:
Job boards treat it as a new post with an updated opening date.
Confidential jobs stay confidential, so only candidates with the direct application link can apply.
Candidates with accepted offers aren't affected.
Reopening a Job
To reopen a job:
Expand Jobs in the left-hand menu.
Select Manage Jobs.
Open the three-dot menu (⋯) to the right of the job you want to reopen.
Select Open.
Your job will be made available again on your Careers Site.
ℹ️ Note
Reopening a job doesn't send notifications to employees.
Reopening a Filled Job
If a job is filled, you need to increase the headcount before you can reopen it. This doesn't affect candidates who have already accepted an offer.
To reopen a filled job:
Open the job you want to reopen.
Click Edit.
Increase the Headcount.
Click Save.
If needed, you edit the job again and set the Headcount back to the original number.
