Bryq is a modern Talent Intelligence platform that identifies your most compatible candidates, based on personality traits and cognitive abilities.

If you have a Bryq.com account, you can use our Bryq integration to send candidates a Bryq assessment from within Pinpoint, and see the resulting assessment outcome from right within the platform.

This guide is split into 2 parts:

Configuring the Bryq Integration

Please note: You will need to the Company Manager role assigned to you in Pinpoint to set up this integration

Step 1: You will need your Bryq API key available to link Pinpoint and Bryq together. To get that:

  • In Bryq, click on your profile icon in the upper right and select Company Settings

  • Under the Integrations section, click on Pinpoint

  • In the pop-up, click Create API key

  • An API key (a very long string of letters and numbers) will appear in a text box

  • Click on the copy icon to copy the API key to clipboard

Step 2: In the settings area of Pinpoint, navigate to the Integrations page.

Step 3: Locate the Bryq integration item and press Add

Step 4: In the next page, add your Bryq API key, and press the Save button. Once this has been saved, make sure the Disabled/Enabled toggle in the top right hand corner is set to Enabled. You will now be able to send candidates a Bryq assessment within Pinpoint.

How do I invite a candidate to take a Bryq Assessment?

Step 1: From within a candidate's profile, click on the action button (3 small dots) and from the menu that appears. select Send Bryq Assessment.

Step 2: You will need to add an email address the assessment is to be sent to, and pick the assessment you'd like to perform from your list of pre-defined Bryq assessments.

Step 3: Once that's been sent, the candidate will be sent an email asking them to Complete an assessment.

When they have finished, the results will be published in the Assessment tab on the candidate's profile view.
