If you are not using themes, follow these steps to edit the 'About [COMPANY]' section:
Navigate to Company > Profile in the left-hand navigation bar.
Open the Details tab.
Scroll down to the Background section.
Update the content as needed and save your changes.

If you are using themes to customize job postings for different roles, follow these steps:
Navigate to Company > Profile in the left-hand navigation bar.
Open the Themes tab.
Click on the name of the specific theme you want to edit (not just the color settings).
On the theme’s detail page, locate the About section and update the content as needed.

Option 1 - CSS in your Careers sifte editor
Go to Company > Profile > Careers Site > Live site"
Then scroll down to the CSS Editor field and enter the following & click update
