How do I Save Filters on the All Candidate Page?

Saving searches and filters on the All Candidates page helps streamline candidate management by allowing you to access frequently used search criteria quickly. This feature is especially valuable for users who often search for similar candidate profiles or apply the same filters.   1. Click on All Candidates
    Begin by clicking on the "All Candidates" button located on the left side of the page for larger screens, or on the right side for smaller screens.


  2. Select New Candidate View
    From the dropdown menu, choose "New Candidate View" to initiate the creation of a new saved search.


  3. Name Your View
    On the subsequent page, you will be prompted to give your view a title, such as "North America Interviews" for candidates in North America who are in the interview stage. You can choose to make your view visible only to yourself or share it with others in your organization. Click the Next button at the bottom of the page.

  4. Add Filters
    Next, add the necessary filters, such as selecting North American locations and candidates in the interview stage.


  5. Save Your View
    Click the "Create Candidate View" button to store your view.
