How to display the Hiring Process on jobs

Where can I edit the Hiring Process for a job?

The hiring process can be edited by visiting the Edit tab on a job > click on Edit stages > then click on the pencil icon next to the stage you'd like to show or not show as a part of the hiring process for the job.



​You'll want to ensure the stage is shown externally if you'd like it to show as part of the hiring process or ensure that the checkbox is empty if you would not like to share a particular stage as part of the Hiring Process for candidates.


On the job description page, this is what the hiring process looks like now for my test job.


Where can I edit the hiring process in a hiring workflow?

The hiring process can be edited by visiting the Settings section on the left side navigation > locate templates > click Hiring Workflows > then click on the pencil icon next to the stage you'd like to show or not show as a part of the hiring process for the job. Here, you'll want to follow the same step as above - ensuring the checkbox is checked off for stages you'd like to display externally as part of your hiring process. After you've made your edits, make sure you've scrolled down to save your changes.
