TestGorilla allows you to send candidates assessments as part of the interviewing process. TestGorilla has over 400 candidate-friendly skills and personality tests, helping you find the best candidates for your company.

Now that the integration is set up, you can start using it to invite candidates to take TestGorilla assessments and track their progress. Here's how:

2. Select an assessment. The list of assessments is pulled from active and inactive assessments in your TestGorilla account

3. Make any necessary changes to the email, first name, and last name if needed

4. Click Send Invite. This will create a new assessment execution in TestGorilla. TestGorilla will send an invitation email to the candidate.

How do I track a candidate's progress on an assessment?

You can check on how a candidate is doing at any time by going to the assessments page on the candidate view. This will show you if the assessment has been completed, and what the score is. You will also get an email when a candidate has submitted an assessment. If you don't see the score immediately please allow up to 15 minutes for the integration to sync any changes.

By clicking on the link button next to a TestGorilla assessment you can open the assessment in TestGorilla for a full breakdown of how the candidate scored.
