Our staff do not have access to your data. If you raise a support request with us you may initiate a screen-sharing session (using the 3rd party software Upscope.io) with the support representative. This provides our support rep with access to your screen and is limited to the Pinpoint browser window only. They will not be able to view or access any other browser windows or applications.
