How do I Create a Rejection Automation using Templates?
To set up a rejection automation in Pinpoint, you will need to access the template library and use the automation template designed for rejecting applications based on responses. Follow these steps to create and configure the automation:

Navigate to Template Library
In your platform, go to "Template Library" under Automations in the left-hand navigation bar and click "view template" on "Reject applications based on application responses."Use the Template
Click "Use this template" to create a new draft automation.Rename the automation
Once the draft is created, give the automation a clear, descriptive name. This helps you and your team easily identify what it does and manage it later, especially if you’re using multiple automations.Finish Configuring Conditions
Click on "finish configuring" in the Condition field (1) and Select property (2), then choose "answer to question" (3).Select the Question
You will be prompted to select which question you want this automation to work with.Please note, only templated questions with Multi-Choice or Yes/No answers can be selected for automations.
Set the Trigger Answer
Decide which answer will trigger the automation to execute.Configure the Action
Complete the "action" condition by clicking on "finish configuring," and set the action to "reject applications."Select Email Template
Choose the email template you want to be sent to rejected candidates.
