Basic Automation
Basic Automation is included with every Pinpoint plan. It's designed to help you automate simple, repetitive tasks in your hiring process. You can set up unlimited Basic automations using straightforward triggers, conditions, and actions.

Single- or multi-choice answer matches

Advanced Automation
Advanced Automation gives you the tools to automate more complex workflows. You’ll save more time, free up headspace, improve compliance, and give candidates a better experience.
Included in Advanced:
All triggers, including job creation and updates, offers, user events, and talent pipeline activity
All conditions, covering job, offer, user, application, and pipeline attributes (e.g., department, location, visibility, custom group, result, status, and more)
All actions, including:
Move applications between stages
Add or remove tags
Add or invite candidates to the talent pipeline
Send internal emails, onboarding messages, and background checks
Send equality monitoring surveys
Send SMS (application and general/marketing)
Update job statuses
