Especially in the UK, Reed is a popular job board. Pinpoint offers a job posting integration which lets you post directly to Reed without leaving Pinpoint. This guide explains how to set this up and how to post jobs to Reed from Pinpoint.
Setup
Scroll down to Settings > Integrations and click on Integrations.
Then click on Apps and in the search bar type Reed.
You'll see a tile for the Reed integration. Click Add.
You'll be brought to the Reed integration set up screen. Here you'll need to enter some details that come from Reed.co.uk: your reed.co.uk username and a posting key.
To get your Posting Key:
Login to your reed.co.uk/recruiter account
Head to the "Account settings" section
Click on "Get my Posting key"
Return to the Reed integration setup screen in Pinpoint.
Enter these details into the fields on the page, then click Save, and then toggle the integration to "Enabled".
You are now set up and ready to use the Reed integration for posting jobs to Reed from Pinpoint!
Posting jobs to Reed from Pinpoint
Navigate to the job which you'd like to post to Reed.
Click on Adverts.
Click on Integrations.
Under the Reed tile, click on Create Posting.
You will then see a form to complete for the Reed Posting. We will take the majority of the details from the job post in Pinpoint, but these are some extra options specific to Reed.
Once you're happy with the settings, click on Create Posting at the bottom of the page.
You have now posted a job to Reed! Congratulations! Now time to sit back and wait for the candidates to apply...
