The approval or sign off email is a useful tool that allows you to approve or reject requisitions, jobs, or offers directly from your inbox. This feature can save you time and effort by eliminating the need to log into the system to complete these tasks.
You can choose which fields are included in the email or disable the feature altogether. To make these changes, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Settings > Templates > Sign-off Workflows. Then click of the Settings button at the top right
2. Use the Configure Fields section to remove sensitive fields that you don't want to be included in the email.
3. If you would like to disable the email, use the radio button to the right of each option.
If disabled, users are required to log into the system to approve or reject requisitions, jobs, or offers.
