Pinpoint's Sign-Off Workflow system allows you to have details of Jobs, Offers and Requisitions reviewed and signed-off before they are published or sent to candidates.

The approvals dashboard is the central hub to see all the sign-off activity taking place in the platform, and has views to look at both activity company-wide specifically, and also, the sign-off workflows where you are the next signatory in line and your review is now required.

To view the dashboard, select the Approvals page from Pinpoint's left hand navigation bar.

The view will first show you all the approvals that are currently awaiting your approval specifically, and you can use the tabs at the top of the page to switch views to show you other sign off activity in other areas of the company that you have visibility over.
