With Pinpoint's calendar subscription feature, you can seamlessly integrate your interview schedule with your preferred calendar application. This guide will walk you through the steps to create a calendar link and how to add it to iCloud, Google Calendar, or Outlook.

What is a Calendar Link?

A calendar link is a URL that allows various calendar applications to subscribe to updates. This means that any changes made to a Pinpoint Interview will automatically be reflected in the subscribed calendar. With Pinpoint, you can see any interview that you have permission to view.

How do I create a Calendar Subscription link?

To generate a personalized feed, go to the Home screen and click on the "Generate Feed" button in the interview widget. This will generate a unique URL for your calendar subscription. You can then copy this link and use it to subscribe to your calendar.

Once you have a link, you can subscribe to it on your regular calendar platform. Below are links to help guides from each provider.

iCloud Calendar

Open the calendar app and go to File >> New Calendar Subscription. By default, there is a 1-week refresh; we recommend picking a quicker refresh to ensure your calendar is up to date. A full set of instructions can be found here.

Google Calendar

Add a new calendar by going to https://calendar.google.com/ and clicking on the + button next to Other Calendars. Pick "From URL" on the menu and paste the URL into the box. A full set of instructions can be found here.

Outlook

Outlook: Please go to the "Subscribe to a calendar" section

How do I regenerate a Calendar Subscription link?

While the link has a token in the URL to keep it secure, if you share the link with anyone they will be able to view your calendar. If you wish to regenerate the link, click on the "Regenerate Link" button. This will generate a new URL for your subscription and invalidate the old one.
