With the release of our new onboarding process feature, you can now easily migrate old workflows to processes. This new feature allows for more complex logic and better organization within your team's structure.

How do I gain access to Onboarding Processes?

If you started using Pinpoint Onboarding after May 2024, you will already have access to Processes and don't need to worry about migrating.

If you began using Pinpoint Onboarding before May 2024, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to enable the Onboarding Process feature. Once turned on, you will see both workflows and processes. Existing candidates will appear on the "Candidates V1" page, while candidates sent to Processes will be seen on the "Candidates" page.

When you are done migrating to Processes, please let us know so we can disable Workflows to prevent any confusion.

How do I convert a Workflow to a Process?

It's important to note that tasks have not yet been added to processes, so they will appear as Team Member Actions.

Processes have more complex logic than workflows, so converting a single workflow into a process and adding any necessary logic may be easier.

To convert a workflow, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Workflow from within the Onboarding Settings page.

  2. Click on the three dots next to the workflow you wish to convert

  3. Select the "Convert to process" options
