The applications table can show both the assessment score and the assessment status for each candidate, based on their most recent assessment. This lets you see where everyone is at a glance, without opening candidates one by one.
How to add the columns
Open a job's applications view.
Open the column picker.
Add the Assessment Result and Assessment Status columns.
The status shows where each candidate's assessment is up to, for example sent, started or completed. The result shows their score.
More than one provider
If you use more than one assessment provider, you get a result and status column for each provider, so the values never get mixed up.
💡Good to know
These columns are controlled by the "Assessment Result Column" company setting, which is on by default.
