Troubleshooting Common Issues
Permissions and Visibility Tabs Not Visible
If you cannot see the Permissions and Visibility tabs on a user’s profile, it is because you do not have permission to edit users’ access. Contact your Pinpoint administrator to enable this permission for your account.
Users Unable to View Sensitive Answers
If a user cannot view sensitive answers:
Verify that the "Sensitive Answer Viewer" permission is enabled for their account.
If the permission is not enabled, they will be blocked from viewing sensitive responses.
