Please note that you'll need the Master Candidate Record permission in order to be able to merge candidates. If you do not have this role enabled, you'll want to reach out to your Pinpoint admin and ask them to provision this permission for you.

After locating the candidate you'd like to merge under All Candidates, you click on the ellipsis at the right of their profile, you'll see the Merge button listed where you can select the candidate you want to merge with from the drop down by entering their email address or name
